    Dear Friends, I need to buy a site with following requirements:

    The domain should be small and meaningful and should be as content is.
    It should be a clean site, with .com extension
    It should not be of Viagra or any porn content.
    It should not be banned by any Ad or any known revenue generationg programme like: Adsense, YPN etc.
    It should be searchh engine friendly.
    PR or no PR does not matter.
    It should be about 3 months old.
    It should have about a minimum of 20 pages.

    Please contract ASAP
    The budget is 25$ to 100$.
