Please come replace those who were unwilling to work, meet deadlines, or listen. We have tons of work on our hands, but we cant hold hands. We also can't charge clients for crap work. We work on deadlines, and we work on budgets. We dont need retail quotes. We have 100's of jobs currently. We are damn busy. We need a to b people that dont want a hand held, that works for outsourced rates with chance of more down the road. (see footer) We need a programmer. We'll provide a script and say we need this, but with these changes. You write it. All we need is time frame and cost. We need a hosting/server manager. Would be a per ticket job, plus a small monthly maintence. Don't often have too many problems, but when we do, they need to be right there with the solution. we need a designer. The designer would also need to be able to code the design on PHP. Basicly finish the site save the content. Finally we need link building/ marketing campaign type services. Over the last 7 years we have tried this in several different ways. We are no longer hiring anyone, at least without some sort of test relationship before. Way top many people just don't put in the hours. Out sourcing people tend to be too inconsisent. We need consistent contact, pricing, and quality. These are things we have to provide to our clients and so any break down in that very much hurts our business. we need one of two type people, people looking for a hobby type work, or people looking for a desk job in US in the next couple of years. We aren't paying $25 per hour for shooty work, and damn sure aren't off the bat. We are damn busy, and we offer our clients decent work at a fair price, and we have to meet dead lines. Weve been doing this longer than most. we offer you a job, you tell us a price. You do your work and you get paid. We want deadlines met, and the same quality after 200 jobs as you did the first one. Were stern but fair. All we ask is 4 people that want to work at fair prices.

Thanks for all the great replies, that said haven't seen what I need in replies. I'm glad to pay by the hour but people work at different paces. I need some sort of details. i'll submit to 100 directories for this price in this time frame. I want work and I can do this, just doesnt give me the details I need. I will build a website, doesnt get it either. i'm looking from $5 to $15 per hour or a flat rate. I have so much work done, and I consider myself easy to work with, but it seems no one else does. Show me your work, tell me your pricing. I built this site in 4 hours and I charged this. I've seen sites built in under a minute, and they didnt look that bad. I have one server person I will likely contact, the rest of the PM's just haven given me the details I need. Ideally I see a website with pricing discounted. Want to work, write more than a half a paragraph.
