I wish we could have 728x60 adsense blocks. For some uses leaderboard is too fat vertically, and we need it to take up less room. The idea would be to have a 468x60 with a few more ads.

    Yes/no?

There is no this ad on list at adsense setup, you can't have.

You also aren't allowed to modify adsense code out of rules.

I think Xitanto's idea is that it would be nice if 728x60 existed as an option, not that he wants to alter the AdSense code.

Maybe more allowed formats is a good idea. This could help us blend the ad blocks better - some webpage layouts are really strange and sometimes it's hard to find a good place for the ads ;)

I think it is better if Google sticks to pre-existing and popular ad banner sizes - not runs off and creates a whole load of new sizes that only it supports.

Perhaps Google could develop a flexible ad unit that can be any size you want it to be (so it fits in your web site), and the write number of ads get shown.

O... it was just too fast reading. Sorry...

I think that these 30px more in height can't be something problematic for you.

I think they won't allow the option to alter the size for the fear that some people might mess the code up.

Options are always welcome. So yes, I would like to have a 728x60 ad blocks in addition to what we already have. Come on guys, if we get plenty of replies on this maybe google will do something about it.
