Ok, I get it now. You had me confused because Irwin's son is Peter Schiff from EuroPac and he's an investment guru. Tax Evasion is doing whatever you have to do to pay less taxes. I assume that involves not reporting income, under-reporting income, over-reporting deductions whatever.
I think Peter dedicated his book "Crash Proof" to his Dad. Yup. To my father, Irwin Schiff, whose influence and guidance concerning basic economic principles enabled me to see clearly what others could not; to my son Spencer to whom I hope to instill a similar vision; and to his and future generations of Americans, who through hard work and sacrifice might one day restore this nation to her former glory.
From what i've gathered, is the IRS people do not consider the Supreme Court cases of the past and factor that in. I have also heard of people winning cases against the IRS, usually former agents (freedom to fascism vid). So why did Schiff lose, from what I gathered in the video, the judge would not hear schiff's argument at all. If this is so, then it is an outrage!
Yes it seems to be the case, I remember reading a quote from an IRS commissioner making fun of Supreme court because they have no power over IRS. They are free to ignore Supreme court decisions because they are domiciled in Puerto Rico
