not if it all comes from the same IP address is doesn't I predict you'll get banned in approximately 153 hours
Sounds interesting, but Digg alwways ensures that its system is not abused and I am sure they will come up with something
I really don't think this will work, well it may work for a few days, but as soon as people see articles on the front page that they don't like they will try to bury you, but your system will keep voting for them so you'll certainly set off a red flag by having so many good and bad votes... It just seems that whenever you try to game a system it will either work for a little while or not at all, I don't know of any system at all that still works by gaming a website or service.... Let's see... doorway pages got whacked, traffic equalizer pages got slammed, didn't people who get paid to digg articles get found out in the end? It just doesn't feel right... if it does end up working, then I hope you enjoy the traffic.
Sounds like a brilliant idea for gaming the system. You should change the script name to something randomly generated per site or Digg could easily determine who is cheating by checking for that file.
i signed up and I keep on entering the digg url and it says that the link is bad or its already in the system. and I know for sure that it is a good link and its not in the system. so what exactly is the digg url
This won't work. Digg has algorithms to prevent such stuff. Plus, you'd be the same group of users digging the same stories, which is not good either.
Have you not read how it works.. Thats why you put the diggpush.php file.. it will use YOUR server ip, only for YOUR digg account making all traffic on that digg accout come from YOUR ip You werent submit digg urls... you were submiting digg submit urls..
I tried several times and it wouldn't work. Same error as above. Oh and I had to disable "CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION" because it wasn't compatible with my server.
this is setup for pure failure from the get-go. not only does it reek of web spam, but this is about as pure black hat as it gets...
For all of those who say that have errors i found the problem and solution. I forgot to mention that it writes cookies to a file called cookie.txt. Peopls diggpush that failed, failed becuase they coulnt save the login cookie and when there user dugg something it would fail... If you creat a cookie.txt file with righte to write to it.. this should solve the problem. and jtpratt is still in beta... its not as evil as paying for diggs and we limit every ones usage. black hat... pifff....I dont belive you know what black hat is.
I would think this sort of circle-digg would be very easy to track with some sort of algorithim. Instead of trying to figure out ways to beat the system, I would invest my time in building a power digg account: earnersblog.com/digg-power-user/
It's great to see innovative ways to expedite the process of networking by creating win/win opportunities to help each other!
Sounds really cool and if it works would be a beast. Problem is, they normally catch on to things like this.
I just can't wait for someone to hack it and get all the diggs for himself, to that person... wait till they get a few thousand people in the network, THEN do it. =) It'll be funnier that way!
Well i just updated the diggpush.php file... (http://www.dubayou.com/diggmesh/diggpush.phps) as you can see in the code i did minor tweeks to the cookie handling.. this should fix problems people are having with saving the login cookie also to this: Its a very complex system, and yes in time some one MAY be able to hack us, but i doubt it.
Hope this helps digg.com stay on top of cheaters. http://digg.com/tech_news/Yet_another_tool_trying_to_cheat_Digg_com_users/
