Unless you want to lose the money that you have received your best option would be to add a credit card or to submit any information that they request. It may be annoying to you but it is necessary to prevent fraudulent activities from happening.

They basically do not want scammers, money launderers and people who use fake details on their site and thus they ask you to verify your account so that they can trust you. If you have nothing to hide then just provide what they want. The trouble is that the only way to sign up for a paypal account is online and anyone can put any kind of details online, true or otherwise. The verification is pretty much required by law.

PP will do this if they notice a brand new account suddenly doing large transactions.

If you send in all the documents they are requesting your account should be back to normal before too long. Just don't wait to send in what they as for and also consider calling them directly.

Yes add a CC into your PP account is a normal practice to do when you have PP account.
And they will restore your account after you have provide them the requested information such as CC number/ID/driving license

Well, if what you say is the truth then you can kiss your money bye since there is no way to retrieve it.

Well then again is 14 years old older than the 18 years old and above as required by paypal ?

Technically speaking, the OP is not allowed to have a paypal account which I believe he is fully aware of and by keeping it, he would be breaching his side of the contract and by his arrogance, it probably shows why adults are only allowed to sign up for a paypal account. The teens and pre-teens are too young to understand and accept responsibility by law.
