Oh I don't know... how about following the rules perhaps??? Duh.

 

simple...immediately remove adsense from site > get paid your balance > after that you can again insert adsense

 

what is a pity is that copyrighted material is not necessary illegal to distribute or point links to.

n yes, I agree with ALenSmith.. Don't do any experiment ! first get that amount !

 

So that you dont loose your adsense account i would take it off that site and maybe put something else in it place,to me loosing a adsense account is just not worth the risk.

 

Yep, don't experiment and do anything silly, remove all ads from all the site which have Copyrighted content EX: warez downloads, move watch, download, copyrighted music download, as your account will be under screen for couple of weeks now, so every site you are rendering there ads will be scanned! They will close the account if you still use the ads, Even if you show adsense ads, no impression and click will be counted! monetize your site with other ad networks and use adsense on a different niche!

 

Above already warned and convince you to remove ads asap. I want to give you a note - Google Adsense banning is permanenly and most rarely case can get his/her account back. Please do as above said without hesitation and you would be safe anyway.

 

I suggest you play nice and cash out on your balance first before attempting any 'rash' move.

I think you forgot to mention your URL.
Anyway just remove the Adsense code from your site.
Observe the webpages that are against to Google Adsense policies.
Remove "click ads" etc as notified by the Google team

u may make a appeal to google.. just search for it.. 2 of my known persons made a appeal and their site was reconsidered..
