We guarantee a minimum $0.10 CPM for raw impressions - What does that means?

    I have seen the statement like "We guarantee a minimum $0.10 CPM for raw impressions". What does it actually meant? Are they going to offer you $0.10(minimum) for 1000 views in your site. If so, is this not very bad? Can you please let me know.

    Should mean that if a visitor has 10 page views on your site then you will be paid for all 10 not just 1.

    0.10 seems pretty good if that is their lowest rate even for India and such.

    0.10 raw cpm depends on the niche that may be quite a low payout
