As my first post on these forums, hope what I say is acceptable, or not against any rules, which I don't think they are according to what I read. Okay, well I need money. What do we all need? Money. What is the real question you should be asking? How can you get money? How can you get money easily? How much money can you really get? Is it enough to quit your day job? Is it enough to just get by on? What do you have to do to get this amount of money, in your bank account, effortlessly, on a monthly basis? That is why I am here. All my income, is residual, and requires no effort on my part, I have had income requiring no effort for 19 total years. I was wondering, wouldn't it be great to help others make money, why you make money as well, without having to do a lot of work. But by having to do some work to start out. I hate get rich quick scams. They don't work, they don't get you rich, they may make you some money, but they don't tell you the whole story, as to how you will receive the money, or earn the money, when you pay for such crummy scams. Well, I am in need of qualified, certified, educated web developers. To be exact, I will need 5 web developers to add to my corporation. There are no one-on-one meetings or such, they waste my time, and they waste yours. First things first, I am not expert at using terms developers would know about, I am no developer, only an entrepreneur. Wages... (Note: Anything above $ 100.00 USD an hour is unacceptable, and wages are negotiable.) Bonuses are offered, as to the quickness or projects that are completed at the end of the month for 12 months straight. After a 12 month period of bonuses per month, such bonuses are to be sent out at the end of a 2 year term. Exactly 730 days from the first day on the job, (2 years) bonuses are given at the end of the 1st of any proceeding month. Bonuses are to not accumulate over 1.2 Million within a 3 year period according to the Executive Officer's. Now that the confusing stuff is over, basically this is what we need. We need 5 web developers, who will create a homepage as with anything else. We also need a staff forum, and client forum. We need a SQL expert, or someone greatly knowledgeable. We need someone who knows about referral based income, and is able to create a script that monetizes a VERY simple action. We need someone that is able to integrate payments so that they are sent automatically to individual bank accounts for our clients. Or someone who can create a script to accept payments, to which those sums are sent to one mainframe bank account. Later from which at the end of the month they are dispersed as needed. The web-developers are to be extremely knowledgeable in HTML Coding, java script, or PHP. It is important that directions can be followed, and that communication can be constructed in the English Language. The design of the site, I need created and managed at the current time as a test run is important for company clientele. The concept of the project these 5 web-developers are to be undertaking is Confidential. And any hired employee, will sign a Confidential Compliance Agreement. Any hired employee, that is not within the residence of New Jersey or 1 hour away from Parsippany, New Jersey. Is to state such claim, to which relocation options are to be offered if necessary.
