A little help would be great. I've got a few web sites. More often than not, but not always, my sitemap diagnostic says, "We can't currently access your home page because of an unreachable error." I don't have a robots.txt on the sites. I don't use any kind of an access file. My site is Big Golf Tips .com. Any reason would be a big help.
On the diagnostic page, this is what I get: Summary Indexing summary: We can't currently access your home page because of an unreachable error. You have submitted 1 Sitemaps. You have no Sitemap errors. There doesn't seem to be a code that tells "why".
It seems other people have been getting this error and are putting it down to a Google bug. You might be better using a robots file on those sites or at least test it out with one. You have probably already tried this but resubmit the sitemap.
This is the message i am getting while accessing your sitemap. You might want to recheck it and creat a fresh copy of sitemap.
