I'm no expert by a long shot, but my first thought upon seeing it was that it was just so dark. I normally like black pages, but for some reason or other, I don't think it's doing you justice. I'm not sure why. Also, the 'share' and 'refer a friend' stuff at the top makes the site seem less professional. I may be full of hooey, but those were my first impressions. Good luck with your make over.
First off, I really like it. My suggestions are just some ideas from a visitors perspective, its obvious you very much know what your doing very well. I'm ok with the darker theme - seems fitting for DJ and concert/band type events. One note, I think you could utilize more vertical realestate. I'm running 1024x768 and I naturally tended to want to scroll down to find more, but there was only a little more. Also, it may help if you box out your contact-link-bookmark part in your header. My site has a boxout for payment methods/download http://www.virtualengine2000.com/ - maybe something similar would work on yours.
I agree with camelhost that the bottom half of the site is too dark as the images are also dark. The upper portion is very nice.7.5/10
wow, the homepage flash animation is really well-done, and I also like the logo design with the microphone. perhaps the black letters in the logo could use some color? good luck!
