It's unlikely of course, but I must admit it has much more compelling myth behind it than any other dooms-day event I've heard of.

Such claims will never end. First there was hype about area 51 and then 2012. I guess its in human nature to have one big thing to worry about.

tomorrow,next month,next year can be the end of the earth.. You just have to appreciate a minute that u have.
I believe in a global pandemic or catastrophe of some kind in 2012 but not the end of the world, lots will die but the world will still go on.

Well even in the 1990's people told the world is going to end by 2000, but it never happened, so this will also never happen.....
