There are various interpretations, because Maya’s calendar stops at that date. I think it’s not the end of the world, but there will be some changes to the world. It’s not necessary that there will be an apocalyptic scenario.
Wow, some people have no idea huh? We’re not going to “die†in the year 2012, the world is going to be ascended into the fourth dimension, and we’re greater powers of some humans will take toll. The sacredness within those will be easily unleashed, the world will be in a state of supremely, we’ll have more challenges if we continue to be immature, and we are going to be transformed into a supreme society similar to the Atlantians. Nobody can predict the actual doomsday of man, as stated in the English Bible. Government agencies ARE aware of this; this isn’t the end of the world, but something great, as you wouldn’t actually be exposed to factual information on the ending of humanity. Don’t worry, worry more on how we have to mature humanity, or worry not at all. Seeing the outrageous panicking just here, and you guys thought you’d figured out the ending of humanity? Give me a break, timid humans who cant accept blain information will not be exposed to it, BUT what I’m saying is true, higher authorities would rather allow time go by pass 2012 when we DON’T die, but you wouldn’t have known we’ll then be in the fourth dimension, right? Yes something IS happening in 2012, the great Mayans assures us, but it’s been either misinterpreted by panicking humans, or oppressed and delivered by agencies that are going to play on this. (And you’d be the one dieing little more inside when you're proven wrong, right?)
