There are many theories about the world destruction in 2012 but none of them are true according to me. Nothing is going to happen and we shouldn't believe all this rubbish, also there were supposition about year 2000, 06/06/2006, bahh... just nonsense stories

I believe it is supposed to be the end of the world as we know it....i.e. this world civilization will fall and mankind starts over. It's all happened before. Everything is cyclical. I'm sure a lot of people will die, but they'll be back. Everybody comes back sooner or later. And what the hell does god got to do with anything? Seems to me that 'god' allows things to happen as they do or else an awful lot of the crap that goes on wouldn't.

I agree five-o...if it happens then fine, if it doesn't fine too. I'm sure there will be plenty of politicos who can come up with some sort of disaster to strike fear in the hearts of sheeple... er...people every where.
Only God knows. Personally, I think, if anything, the world as we know it will no longer exist. So something very big will happen, to change things. That is, if anything at all happens. I'm not a scientist but given that everything that exists has cycles, the polar shift theory seems somewhat believable.
According to the Mayan's who's calender this 2012 prediction is based on they say the world as we know it will end. There isn't going to be this Armageddon astroid hitting the earth like people say. The Mayan's believe that the civilization as we know it will make a drastic change. It is basically a prediction for evolution of mankind. It's a survival of the fittest thing basically. Personally I don't give a damn. I live my life and screw what happens in the future. If I die right now I'd die happy. I don't have a lot of money and I don't have much knowledge of technology which is why I hang out here but am not a webmaster. I couldn't write one code much less code for a web site. My talents are in helping people. I willingly run into burning buildings in case someone needs brought out, I willingly head towards tornado producing thunder storms while other people are heading away simply so if I see one touching down or starting to form I can get a local warning out to people as to where the thing actually is. I don't get paid to do either. I do it to help people. My final thought is this. No matter what religion you are or what you believe on doomsday theories the main thing taught all over the world is the golden rule. Do unto others what you want done onto you. Help people out whenever you can. I have the courage and the ability to help out my fellow man in the ways I do so if I die now I die happy and I die knowing full well I did what I could to help out people in distress.
