Wazzum SCAM ALERT

We are looking for other people that feel they have been SCAMMED by the "American" company called Wazzum also known as Michael Pennington. We are filing a Multi Plantiff Federal lawsuit against them for running what we believe to be the largest SCAM in U.S. history. We are wanting to file this this month and there will be NO charge for the Attorney. You can call me direct if you have any information.

This number I see on the Wazzum site (1-503-616-2206) is a Skype number, and leads to Thailand, just checked it. Michael Pennington's Wazzum is a one-actor show. He is living in Thailand for almost 8 years already. Is this software good? Do not know, you can try this link:

Does he provide any support? Do not know, for me he did not, moreover, I was blocked in the support system.

You can read, that this is Michael himself, living 7 years in Bangkok, Thailand, making Wazzum software at home, enjoying himself and the country, and food, and girls, selling books on internet business, written by him. Yes, he knows a lot about this. About internet scam to be exact.

Should you trust a person who is lying from the very beginning? I did. I am sorry for this now. They are not located in America so your money might be gone to the beautiful country of Thailand too. By the way all he is praising at his site Wazzum.com is his constant presence in USA, Oregon. Which is a lie, a scam.

Nice job Michael, a lot of efforts in breaking the hearts of all your competitors at once, but better if you corrected the numerous bugs in Wazzum! Especially PHP vulnerabilities. We, your clients, should not have suffered because of your wish to harm the competitors. You not only scam your clients, your business practices as well are dishonest. What a shame!

What a scammer. This is a raw, simple piece of script, making it 7 years means making 1 page a year.

Also he is known by an aggressive advertizing campaing, he takes a dating software provider, pours dirt on it and later writes in coclusion: the most reliable software is Wazzum. Only together we will put an end to the scam practices of Michael Pennington and his merry "Wazzum" "software".

you will see that all of them are the same, no unique design, no unique mods, nothing. It is obvious that such clones will never be interesting for users.

Please don’t pay attention to Scam posts by Abledating SCAM Company!!! Its owner Mr. Rudakov is a Russian Scammer! He talks slanderously about Wazzum software!!! He will be sued for this slander!

 

How is this the largest scam in US history? How are you planning on filing a lawsuit if he is in Thailand when you say you can't even afford to go there? They won't extradite him, you know. And how could he steal source code from Wordpress when Wordpress is open source?

This is NOT the largest scam in US history and the Royal Thai Police will not do a thing unless this receives a huge amount of media attention, I can guarantee that much.

 

Well maybe it is not the biggest US scam, but as Michael states, the company is registered in the US, Oregon, so we can file a suit against the company. And Royal Police - for locating him physically in Thailand.

As for the source code of Wordpress, "WordPress is distributed under a license called the GNU General Public License".

As you know, one can not sell the software, or distribute it without a copyright of the software.

Hello Choppy aka Michael Pennington, and who is this mister Rudakov you constantly mention and why is he so frightful for you? Seems you are rather obsessed with the Russians (or is he from Poland?) Should not you be obsessed with us, your clients first?

Now we are contacting every owner of the Wazzum software who has been scammed by Wazzum Michael Pennington, and ask if they have had problems. In most cases they do have problems and want to ask for a refund.

For example we got a reply from MyAsianCupid:

Every person who has been scammed, you CAN ask for refund and SHOULD do it, because the payments go through PayPal, and if you provide sufficient materials of Michael Pennington's scam deeds, you could get a refund even after 10 days period stated in their License Agreement. (The software is only installed more than 10 days for sure, so this is just another cunning way of mister Michael Pennington).

 

My name is Michael Pennington and I own Wazzum.com. Choppy, he thinks I'm you. That is funny. Anyway, this person Dmitry has started a huge Internet blacklist campaign to try to shut me down. He is right, he did email all most of my current clients but considering I only have 56 current clients, it wasn't a lot and they all know me and they just deleted his email. They know who I am and that I don't scam people. Because my software is open source, they all know. I don't hide my code. I also don't hide my domain name register info. The list goes on. But what really takes the cake is that you scammed someone that I have the upmost respect for. A girl by the name of Tammi, an American girl with two kids. She has been fighting cancer for over 5 years now. I won't post her last name because she doesn't deserve that. You took her for $597 dollars. That is wrong in my eyes Dmitry. I think it's wrong in a lot of peoples eyes. But your time is coming.

Oh and one more thing, I'll set the record straight here for this too. I did own DatingScripts.biz and now it's ran by a good friend of mine. The reviews on that site are real. The reason that I get good points on that site is because of who I am and what I do. You will find other companies that are given high marks on that site too.
