Ways to promote a medical job board

Hello guys,

Using JobberBase.com platform I just lunched a medical job board at JobMedical.ro.

It's mainly for romanian doctors willing to find a job in country or abroad.

I could use some help in finding ways to promote this business. All I can think about right now is sending emails to hospitals and clinics in order to notice them upon the possibility to post their jobs on this board.

Hi,Cosminc I have launched my general job site too.And I began to promote it via Adwords,set $10 budget a day,and there are many visitors come to my site.But I have the main problem.To gain visitors for a job site,it is not a problem,but the problem is that employers dont list their vacancies,because the site is new.

So,you site will have job seekers,but the main problem is employers.I am looking for ways,how to make employers lsit their vacancies.Any ideas?

Post some of your jobs at local medical school bulletins.

 

I second this thought. Also, you might have to beat the streets for this one--call or e-mail employers around you and tell them you'll give them a good deal if they list jobs on your site. Think outside the Web.

 

The game of marketing is always presenting the product to targeted audience. The more you reach them, the more are your chances for success; simple like that.
