    The best way I can suggest would be to use adult friend finder. It is the best money maker by far when it comes to adult niche.

    I was using AFF until they converted my account to percent payout.

    If your site is amateur/homemade you can try camhotgirls.com/webmasters I made some nice cash previous month.

    It really depends on your traffic. Tell us more about your site type.

    i'd suggest finding complimentary adult sites, maybe cross reference it to adult products, niche sites (ex Latino),etc....
    LoadedCash for various niches, or even ebay for adult products....
