Ways to market, efficiently, the release of a new website/project.

    I'm needing some heads up on this project.

    We do have quite a large budget for promotions but... I can't say I want to spend too much..

    What would you the most effective ways promoting the release date of a new web based project?

    A quality (read, news-worthy) press release is my first choice -- sent to the major media outlets -- not just the online news scraper sites.

    Exactly right.

    While some methods I mention HERE will work for adult, and mainstream sites. It is not going to work for ALL sites. So you need to provide some additional information as to the nature of the project, and what you are looking to accomplish fine sire.
