Ways to market a celebrity site like this - need help

    I started a celebrity link dump, and I am not sure how to market a site like this.

    www.celebmedia.tv

    I am also interested in paying someone to get it to a certain traffic level if you are good at marketing these sites.

    Any help/advice would be great. Thanks all! :)
