    Try selling some blog posts would be my advice.
    Google the following: Blogsvertise, PayPerPost, Smorty, PayU2Blog, Blogitive
    With time you could try: Sponsored Reviews, ReviewMe

    adsense is a top way. get more visitors and place your ads close to the content so that the visitors look at it and click it.

    adsense is best, and when your blog get 3 to 4 month olds you can go for paid blogging programs.

    Yes they do but you never know when they change their mind and ask you to get a domain / host for your blog before registering with them !
