Ways to make money off proxy sites?

What are ways to make proxy sites OTHER than google adsense. What other ads could you add to your proxy sites?

Any type of popunder or what other methods do you guys use?

Proxy admins mostly use Adversal for pop-ups although users find them very annopying.
Other popular ways to monetise your proxy are: adbrite, bidvertiser etc.

I had good results by submitting to Proxy Top Lists. As long as your proxy is somewhere on the first page (quite easy on top lists with few members) the benefit is usually in your favor.

I've recently started a new Proxy List that you can try out.

 

I make money by using adsense, selling banner ad space, selling link spots, etc.

Nope, they don't. However, they have fullpage ads, which works also well.

 

Thanks. But the post does not mention 'what it is' but rather talks about 'how to do it?'

I would like to understand what it is first, and the purpose for someone to implement this.
