Ways to get Outsourcing Works ?

    Within few weeks I will be starting a new Outsourcing Company.We are at the last phase of it.Now I am having four staffs (Doing SEO Services) and got some works from DP.

    But when the company is established I need more works.So in your choice which are the best ways :

    Freelance Sites
    Forum Market Places
    Adwords
    any more ?

    We are suppose to do :

    SEO
    Web Designing
    Programming
    Internet Marketing

    So can anyone help!

    One great way is to get referrals from your existing customers. Ask them to refer your service to their peers for some affiliate bonus etc.. Viral kills :D

    I also run a web design company with more than 400 clients so far, we never do outsourcing yet.
