Ways to get financing for a large website project?

I need some ideas on the best way to go about aquiring start up capital to create, develop and jump start a large eccomerce website.

The 4 letter domain that is a must for the website will cost me $xx,xxx to aquire. Designing, developing and the intitial marketing campaign would take another $50,000. So my business partner and I would need to $100-200,000
to get this progect launched.

I am convinced the idea is unique and will be extremely lucrative if the website is developed and promoted properly.

Any ideas on ways to obtain start up capital other than traditional financing??
