Ways I can get a fully-working PayPal account?

Hi,

I'm from Romania and unfortunately I can only send money with PayPal and this is really, really frustrating. What are some legal ways around around this? How can I get a fully-working PayPal account?

Exactly.Or ask any of ur friend from paypal supported country to help u.

 

Then you're going to end up with a limited account eventually just need to look at some other posts of people with limited accounts. Having a friend make an account who's in another country sooner or later they will limit the account and ask for the information.

So the best solution is to wait until they support you country or use an alternative to paypal.

 

better use an alternative like moneybookers or e-gold or liberty reserve a lot of other options available.

 

Well, if you do not want to break any TOS then I would say to use a 3rd party payment processor such as Plimus.com would be the best choice. They will accept Paypal and credit card on your behalf and then remit the funds to you on the 15th of the following month via the Plimus Debit Card or Wire Transfer. They are a shade more expensive than Paypal direct but it is perfectly legal.

 

hhmmmm plimus is safe? havent heard of them yet.

 

I've used Plimus for over a year now. They are actually a 3rd party payment processor for Shareware / Software but they can be used for other purposes too. They are actually quite well-known in the shareware developers circle.

So far I have never had problems with them and they are prompt when it comes to payment. They are basically a no-nonsense business and I can really trust them.

Plimus.com is pretty much payment processor, I doubt that eBay will restrict you from using any payment system which you want.
