Wayne Rooney fan site for sale

Introduction
I've decided to sell my Wayne Rooney fan site (WayneRooneyOnline.com) as I've been neglecting it the last few months.

Who is Wayne Rooney? He's a football/soccer player who plays for English Premiership Champions Manchester United. He's also a current England international. He's still only 21 and has a big future ahead of him.

About the site
I bought the site just under three years ago. The previous owner was an Everton fan and wanted to sell following Rooney's move to Manchester United.

As Wayne Rooney's stature in football has risen, so has the site's traffic. It's currently ranked either second or third in Google and Yahoo when searching for 'Wayne Rooney'.

The site currently needs quite a bit of updating and a redesign.

The site comes with a news CMS (reseller rights not included). It was used on another website and it does the job.

The other purchased link a few months back cost $25 for the month.

I notice that you have some backlink from the site that you own such as footballtransfers.info. Will all the back link from those site you owned stay after the sale? Also how much are you spending on advertising the site per month?

Once I decided to sell I moved the site-wide link to waynerooneyonline.com to just footballtransfers.co.uk's link page. I also added waynerooneyonline.com to my other football sites' link pages where I hadn't already linked back to it. As long as the links remain reciprocated, the links are permanent.

I've never advertised waynerooneyonline.com. It's always done well in search engines, so it was never needed.
