Way to trace new links?

Does anyone know of tool free or paid (but free would be best) that would allow me to sort links by age. So I could see where new links are coming from. I am aware links can take time to be cached but it would allow me to see what link building is paying off and what isn't
    Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly, LinkAssistant has such a feature. The free version won't let you save anything, and only the "enterprise" ($250) version is worth buying. But if you do buy it, you will get SEO Spyglass, WebSite Auditor and RankChecker bundled in with it.

Oh, and did I mention that Joost de Valk was the mastermind behind LinkAssistant?
