    Duplicity is very harmful as far as site reputation is concerned so invest some time and make some changes and than post.

    Even i don't encourage copying from other source and not giving credit, but many does it. If you copy, make major changes like swap sentences or words etc in your own writing style, it shouldn't be in anyway look similar to the original.

    There is a famous quote "Copying from a single source is called plagiarism, copying from multiple source is called research" same applies here.

    According to me you can copied from other sites and submit in your site, definitely it can be copied content.
