When i read these kind of stories it really makes me wonder if U.S. goverment don't let themself be intimidated or influenced by terror in a negative way. ''We will continue to live our lives in freedom and will not be afraid'' Something along those lines coming out of G. Bushes mouth. Really, from all the restrictions and sanctions that are being imposed on U.S. civilians by the U.S. goverment i must say Osama already won the batlle if you let something like this happen: http://www.rockymountainnews.com/drmn/local/article/0,1299,DRMN_15_4585114,00.html
I concur. Quite a few of the ridiculous "security measures" enforced by TSA are completely ineffective in the war on terrorism. It seems as if they want to make a show that they are doing something. All they are really doing is wasting taxpayer money and traveller time.
What? Are my eyes tricking me? Did will actually just admit the government is doing wrong!? WOW!!! Is the sky falling!!!!
Good ol' Norm Mineta, a democrat. Screening Al Gore (anyone remember that one?) and little old ladies isn't security. They should do what works...profiling.
Heck yo-yo, I have a whole web site which is all about how much the government fails. It's penalized now, so it's only getting about 4k unique visitors a day. Government always does wrong things. Government is, by its very design, inefficient and ineffective. That is the nature of government. The only justifications for our putting up with government are: 1. Protection from crime. 2. Protection from foreign threats.
