Only thing you can do is "reconsideration"..
You can speak to them but they can only reconsider..
(case to case basis)

 

Care to explain how they can do a reconsideration when they do not have a manual penalty>?

You can probably discuss it in the official Google Webmaster forum. You have no other option.

 

There are two ways to contact google:-

No.1) Google costumer services.
No.2) Google product support.

 

you can also use the google product forums

 

You have to contact with webmaster tools. Than they will review your site again. But you can complete the disavow process also.

 

You can contact Google for such issues through webmaster portal.

They make it hard to contact them for a reason. If contacting them was "easy", the volume of correspondences they would receive would be inconceivable.

 

Yes you can just rise your issue or question there google webmaster contact , am sure that they will contact you with in 24 Hours.also they solve your issue in short period.because i had some issue with my website regarding the back link just i send mail to them they replied me same day and they solved my problem in next few hours/

 

you have to check your site in moz.com first to see waht is the error or you have spam or not, atleast you donot need google just make sure you site is ok

I noticed it is not easy to do. You have to really need their assistance to get through to anyone. It sucks, but if they had it where anyone can get through to them (as mentioned above) it would be a mess.
