I'm using TwitterFeed to syndicate my blog posts to Twitter. However, some of my articles are about certain individuals/organizations. I'd like to, if possible, send a @mention to those users when I have written a blog posts about them automatically Is there any easy way to do this? Right now, the only way I know how to do this is hit reply on the actual tweet then include the @mention, but that seems to be duplicated work... Thoughts?
