Way of making Money From Squidoo Lenses

    Squidoo lense is a way of getting traffic and good backlink, but how one can earn money by creating squidoo lense, shall she need to put adsense ad code?

    Once you have an account on Squidoo you are given a fraction of the Adsense earnings from your lenses...it used to be a good idea to use affiliate programs, it worked for me, but things have changed recently and it seems that you can't use affiliate programs as easily as you once could :(...

    Yea it used to be a gold mine for affiliate programs, i suggest you look through some of the top lenses and see what they are doing

    You can make money from affiliate programs. Honestly, adsense is pennies. However, you have to promote the lens, otherwise it doesn't get any traffic.

    you are right! Squidoo lenses is an easy way to make a few extra dollars. However, then you should realize that the lens should be promoted.
    First you should make a lens on an interesting or even hot topic. This is one way to create a niche. so You should expand the niche by writing more lenses that will each focus on this topic but with different performance.
    Each of these lenses will complement each other and lead readers from one to the other through featured lenses, discovery features, and lensrolls. Readers will go from one to the other because they are interested in your contents. It is a natural sequence. This is a great way to show your expertise on a subject, and create trust and confidence in your readers.

    There are some 'money making' modules that you can add to your lens, such as Amazon, eBay and CafePress. Feature products that match the content of your lens, and you could see extra revenue coming in. (Don't expect to get rich though).

    You can also promote other affiliates put working their links in to your text. It's the same process that you would use on any other website.

    well suidoo will pay you your share of adsense money when you reach a certain amount. besides, you can add other money making modules as Cryogenius mentioned. You also can promote other affiliate products such as CB, paydotcom etc with squidoo.
