Hey guys, sorry for bumping this thread I just had to throw in my 2 cents. These guys are the worst hosting company I have ever dealt with. After receiving horrible customer support and poor server quality I put in a request for a refund (30 Day Guarantee). A few minutes later they shut down my whole account leaving me in the dark. Save yourself the trouble, go some where else.
Hello Mike, you have requested your account to be cancel and it was cancel. You cant actually comment our service or talk about them because you didn't use it. You have just open one ticket and it was the refund request. I am sorry that you decided that you no longer need hosting, but I don't think this is the correct approach to any hosting company. Also your account was empty without any files on it and since you request cancellation it was deleted as expected. I have used WaveWeb multiple times in the last 2 years and in my opinion you can't get better. I have had one dedicated server which had 100% uptime for several months and two VPS servers. There prices are reasonable and all there services are managed so they will even secure it all unlike other companies who will simply reply with "this is not a managed service" when you ask a question. WaveWeb are great and its a shame you have had problems with them, maybe you could speak to them about giving you a trial to allow them to make you happy. Sean
