    Im new to Payment ..as this is gonna be my 2 check....now i got to see February 2007
    Feb 26 Payment in progress
    February earnings will be finalized by March 10th [?]

    AS This is my January payment....that they sent on 26th FEB.... will i get check before 10th of March ??

    and plz explain that wat is this 10th of march they are gonna do

    It means that on March 10, the payment will be approved. That's the final amount of $ you're going to recieve from google. (They need to verify and make sure it's not fraudulant clicks, etc).
