    Selling a waterbed related website. Currently making some minor income from Google Adsense. Sites does not require any hands-on - easy money maker at this point.

    Content is unique.

    Reason for selling: I am involved into too many other sites and I have 2 businesses that require my attention, so I am selling off several sites.
