Selling WatchLeverageOnline.org (PR2) - CPALead/Adsense Monetizable

I'm selling my newly created site, WatchLeverageOnline.org. It was recently ranked #5 in Google for the keyword "watch leverage online".

Anyone who promotes such sites using CPALead, or other means... knows that such a ranking for a keyword seen above is extremely lucrative.

I'm claiming no earnings as this site is about a week old, and CPALead was just added earlier today so buyers could see a potential method of promotion... but it seems I've already made $3.

The monthly views/page views are based on the amount for one week (Age of the site) multiplied for 4 coming to an average for one month granted the stats stay the same. Although you must remember, it just received the rank of #5 for a popular search keyword earlier today.

This includes the domain, layout, and the site content of course. I will offer any support for up to 30 days.
