How could I watch someone who appears via their webcam, so I can instruct them (guide them) with a particular business skill (not anything of a sexual nature). Would they need to somehow link to a web site that I create? How does this work? Would I need a webcam, or could I simply IM, email or instruct via the phone? I guess I need the basics. Thanks.
If you use Skype whether just chatting or talking you can have it so just one person is using their cam... And surrrre it's not sexual haha
