    Unfortunately most employees are at-will employees, meaning the employer can fire you for any reason other than race, sex, orgin, age, religion... There are only laws that protect wrongful termination under those catagories that are listed previously.

    I am not an attorney. I am only referring to facts about employment laws that are of public knowledge and may be viewed in full on your own search.
