Software Source Code:
The software has been coded using Visual Studio 2010, in the C# language. Well coded and commented, it would be really easy for any programmer to pick it up and make changes. The software contains a list of more than a thousand channels that can be sorted by country or genre and also be added to favorited. The channel list can be updated by uploading a new one to the website, also the software version can be updated in the same way. It contains a license key activation system, the license key will be emailed to the buyer automatically after payment. The software GUI has been customized to look like a TV. I can also get you in contact with the programmer that created this software.

Website:
The design was created by a professional designer with a focus on conversions. It uses osTicket software as helpdesk. Paypal IPN integrated, when a potential customer clicks the download button/link he will be redirected to paypal, after showing paypal logo and a message notifying the redirection to a secure paypal page. Once the payment is made the website admin receives an email notification, and the customer receives another containing the license key automatically created and download link. The website also makes uses of cufon fonts technology to render custom fonts which makes the design looks much better (cufon fonts DOESN'T affect SEO, the search engines still see the text as normal).

I can provide the buyer with the video sources, I think it was made in Adobe After Effects. As you can see the video is very professional, just watch it and listen to the voice over, it sounds great, the person who recorded it works in hollywood.

Other Info:
The website doens't have any traffic, a few sales has been made to friends and relatives. On-site SEO is well optimized and basic off-site SEO was done, about 150 high PR backlinks were created (I can provide the list).

So where does the content come from? Will the new owner have to pay for content? Why do I want this instead of netflix/hulu?

 

All the channels are free the new owner doesn't have to pay anything, you can add any channel that plays on win media.

 

Id fix the text it seems to wrap at the webpage and not in the picture. Alot of people like me tend to like everything looking perfect when buying sites.
