Yes; about 140$. My problem is that because of no more new episodes, my traffic fall down dramatically. For example, I made 32$ in one day with the season finale of House, but now, I barely make 2$. I try to understand why I have no returning visitors. Took me maybe two days. Yes.
I bet you would have a lot more returning visitors if you had more shows. People will probably watch what they want to on their first visit and then presume that no more shows will ever be added. Maybe you could capture their imagination and persuade them to 'come back often' by discussing your plans to increase the content on your home page?

Yes. For almost all of them, no. A few require a cell phone, however. Tricky question; to be safe, you better use an offshore server.
Add more content. Change logo if possible. Looks too simple to me. Organize the shows, by the station it's in or what kind of show it is. good luck!
