Watch Movies Online site - 3000 Uniques/day + Revenue!

A site which links to/embeds movies which have been uploaded to video sharing websites like youtube, veoh, dailymotion by others!
A unique script is used (hand coded by me) which includes an easy to use admin panel for adding, editing and deleting the movies, all you have to do is type the movie title and copy over the embed codes.

Stats:
The site has only been running since June 21st and has had HUGE success using stumbleupon.
The first few days after being submitted to stumble upon the site received around 6000-8000 uniques a day.
The traffic has now dropped to around 3000 uniques a day and should carry on at that level if it is stumbled upon frequently enough.
I used to run another site which had good traffic from stumbleupon for alot longer and it received average 2500/day for the time I owned it (a month or so)

Note: Reason for drop from 23rd to 24th is because the AWstats were last updated 8pm on 24th... So not all traffic for that date shows up.

Revenue:
The site is using bidvertiser and adversal at the moment and receiving around $2/day

I know that the revenue can be made alot higher simply by switching to a different PPC ad network other than bidvertiser...
The site is not supported by google adsense (but it has not been banned from adsense...)

Using adbrite on a similar older site I was making $5-8/day.
I no longer use adbrite since my name has an apostrophe and they sent a check with the HTML code for apostrophe.. But by using adbrite the revenue will be alot higher

As it is the site is making $2/day average which is around $75/month.

Most sites sell for 10 times monthly revenue.
Because this site is not supported by adsense I am selling the site for ALOT less than it should be.

Why would google ban adsense for this site? I see plenty of video sites with adsense. Can you please explain?

They haven't banned it... As I haven't used adsense on this site yet.
But I have used adsense on a site similar to this before: emuduel.com and google had deactivated adsense for it.

I cannot offer hosting as this is just an addon domain on my current host.
If I were to give away hosting I would have to also give away the root domain which I need...

It is really easy to find and add movies to the site.
I will give you a few sources with the site..
All you have to do is choose the movie you want, get the embed code from near the video and copy it over into the movie adding page in the admin panel and just hit add.
