Age of site is ~ 2 months old now.

Reason for selling: Do not have time to further develop, promote, update the site as I have graduated and now am about to start a real full-time job.

Traffic so far this month is just over 6,500 uniques and nearly 20,000 pageviews.

Traffic is obtained via search engines, as well as other methods (the majority of traffic - non-paid) that will be disclosed to buyer of the site.

Revenue is via CPALead. Last month was ~ $65 and so far this month is ~ $100.00.

This site has limitless potential and can easily make you in the $XXX/month. If you apply the methods that I will disclose to the winning buyer and create other sites, or even a network you can easily make $XXXX/month if you take the time and put forth the effort to do so.

Do i need to add the videos myself or is the script auto-updating?

Videos needed to be added manually, which as per my post I said the more put into the site, the more you get out of it. It usually takes ~ a minute or 2 per episode added. I have yet to find a reliable method on making things automated.

 

Ok, the website is nice, the content is there. Since the content is copyrighted, my question is, if I bought it, how could I prevent this site from being banned by CPALead?

It will not be banned by CPALead. All of their affiliates make money off of content like this. As far as copyright material, I do not host any videos on the site itself, I just embed link code found on the web (which I will disclose to the winning buyer). If problems arise you can just create a link to the video instead of using the embed code.
