Was the PR updated on 31 Dec 2009

    Hi All,
    I noticed my site's PR updated on 31 Dec, But it it get updated only for the new page, but the old pages still in the same and somw of the pages get reduced......
    One more doubt:
    before 31 Dec domain.com has PR3 and www.domain.com has PR0
    but now domain.com has PR0 and www.domain.com has PR3
    I don't know whats the problem

    yes there was a PR update on 31 dec, I lost PR of may blogs so it must be a complete PR update not a twist. Also I am not getting the same behaviour as yours on domain.com, may be it is working fine now, have you checked that again?

    There definitely was PR update as well as something going on with SERPs

    Yes it was the pr update. I think this is not a problem. Your site now has the PR 3.

    Absolutely, there was a Page Rank update, indeed. PR of one of my sites dropped somewhat, not very considerably though.

    Yes, Google updated their PR on 31st December of 2009. I also sense that there's something going on with the SERP, but I can't figure out what it is...

    Yup the PR was indeed updated during that time I guess it is also the way of Google gifts for loyal people who keeps supporting them...I just wonder now if when is the next PR ranking then?

    I doubt there is a problem. Just keep building backlinks and your PR will return, but make sure your links are from sites in a similar niche to your own and avoid spammy links and avoid buying backlinks. Keep it organic and Google will love you for it.
