not only loaded with bombs. But precisely where they needed to be to cause the towers to fall straight down. Without anyone noticing they were there or were being put there. "Hey! this bomb wasn't here yesterday!" And then to call up the local terrorist temp agency - hey, we need 20 (wait, make 1 stupid so we can try him later) dudes to hijaak 4 planes and fly them into these towers at precisely this time. But be sure to let all the jews who work in the buildings know first ....
