    Done in haste . Should have waited till a stable goverment ( a broad based) was established . It should been call from that government .That would removed a biased view of American and Other allied forces too.

    Saddam's trial was clearly a MISTRIAL. As Software_outsourcing has stated, the trial should wait untill the Iraqi Governemnt is stable and not under the influence of the United States Governement.

    Should have happened sooner, and I can't see it as being any fairer...witnesses were brought in, court was actually canceled a few times when Saddam wouldn't show up. When is the last time you heard an american court recessing for the day because the defendant wouldn't show up? Good riddance.
