    I realize that but Google still places me higher than Digital point for one of those searches. 1 to be exact

    that's no accident. the sandbox rather ranks you lower for the more realistic search terms such as phrases consisting of 2 or 3 words!

    The s-word effect is limiting your rankability to a certain number of monthly searches when determining the keyphrases you are eligible to be ranked for.

    he ranks higher for the 3 search phrases in the links (open the 3 links). unfortunatelly, he doesn't know that ABSOLUTELY NOBODY is looking for that, which makes the highranking useless. ;)

    but let him pe happy and beleive he is better than DigitalPoint :p

    What matters is the stats and your traffic. If you get that, then just get your site to look better, have more content, make it convert better etc. And get some cool links. All that sandbox talk is really a waste of time. Get busy creating something that people will like when they get there. Ever heard of word of mouth advertising? ;)
