I was checking Microsoft Pubcenter at https://pubcenter.microsoft.com/ and noticed that you can't join it at the moment. They say that pubCenter for web publishers will be coming soon. I was wondering if anyone was able to get in. Is it in some kind of beta phase? What do you have to do to be accepted?
