Was a victim of Adsense bowling. Need some advice.

Almost a year ago I was the victim of Adsense bowling. I did receive emails warning me of the violation on sites that I didn't even own. Of course I couldn't remove my pub code from sites that I don't have access to, so I was banned. I tried to appeal but was denied.

What is the likely hood that if I signed up for a new account that I would be approved? Of course I would use a new website that never ran Adsense to apply with. What information does Google log from previous accounts that flag on new applications?

All help is appreciated. I really want an Adsense account and miss my old revenue!

Sorry, requesting adsense for another domain is not an option. I tried that before to you. all you can do is register an account under a new name and address. Maybe under the name of your company...

U shouldn't apply again because they will catch most likely fight before u reach $100.
