Hey everyone, My site had been number #1 and #3 for 'Nintendo Wii Cheats' and 'Wii Cheats' in both google.com and google.co.uk and i was getting quite a few thousand visitors from it - now for no apparent reason i'm completely gone. When you type in Nintendo Wii Cheats or Wii Cheats i am now no where to be seen (i checked up to the 3rd page) and my site is not banned in google so could someone care to explain what might have happened? Link to my site: http://www.vgcheats.co.uk If anyone also has any ideas on how to get my site back to the top again please let me know. Thanks.
This is common of google. I had a Wii site that was below nintendo.com and amazon.com for the terms "wii console" I was there for about 5 weeks, got stupid amounts of traffic and the just vanished! If you are interested in some work PM me, I need some help implementing cheats into my site.
Hi, I guess it was just something temporary by Google because i checked yesterday and i'm back to being number 1 and number 3 for nintendo wii cheats and wii cheats on google.com and google.co.uk. Also ill PM you now.
are there actually cheats on the site or just a ton of ads? I couldnt find any. I'd work on relevancy before working on google.
Wow, your site doesnt have any PR still its got those high flyer SE positions. You have outranked http://wii.1up.com for "Nintendo Wii Games" which is a PR6! Amazing!
lol thanks. I personally don't believe (learned from experience) that PR is that important... For example my other site ( http://www.wiiplus.net) is only a PR1 and yet it is usually ranked #7 for 'Nintendo Wii'. At the moment its #11 for 'Nintendo Wii', i don't know why, but hopefully like vgcheats it will be back to normal soon. I know, its very annoying. The cheats script i use isn't doing a very good job of crawling the web for cheats... ill be getting a custom cheats script coded soon though. Its quite funny that I'm number one for 'Nintendo Wii Cheats' when i don't actually have any Nintendo Wii Cheats... yet.
Well whatever your doing - keep it up. Those are some competitive terms and you seem to be doing well!
