I'm selling nicheblogsense.com. Everything: the domain, the website and the product (here it's the most value).

I bought it 7 months ago from the creator, Tony Newton, for $1700:

I know and follow Tony Newton from a long time and I know his products are always of high quality and very lucrative, so I bought it to develop further and to make money from it, but after the purchase I got involved in a much bigger project, so I had not the time to do what I intended...

Now, because of the fact that I've neglected the product for a while, definitely it needs a relaunch (and for this the reason I expect a lower price than what I payed before). Products based on adSense are always very popular. This product was marketed by Tony ONLY IN THE WARRIOR FORUM AND FOR A VERY LIMITED TIME, so I'm sure it still has a great potential. You could relaunch it as a new WSO or market it in other popular forums (like digitalpoint or sitepoint) or in Facebook, ...
