"Warnings" for redirect "errors" in google sitemaps?

In my google webmaster tools dashboard it says I have warnings for "redirects" will this negatively affect my ranking in the SERPs? Or is it just google being finnicky?
The way I have some of my site's designed it would not be beneficial to use a non-redirect.
    Anyone know?

No this won't affect your rankings, Google will ignore them. You should only be including the final URL in your XML Sitemap files however.

Dont worry I get those all the time. They dont have any affect on your actual web rankings. However it does get annoying looking at them.

It won't make any negative impact in your search engine rankings..However, it has been advised to you to include only direct and valid urls in Sitemap.xml..:)

I think a website "unpolished" will be discarded in front of a well structured website so get rid of those warns
